Choosing the right charging station
All charging stations that we offer have the necessary communication protocols (OCPP and/or Modbus TCP). They are therefore intelligent charging stations. It must be clarified in advance whether the station can be connected to the Internet via a LAN cable or whether a SIM card is required for connection via the LTE mobile network.

Which service would you like?
Do you want to use the stations only for guests, customers or employees? Or do you want to make the stations accessible to the public? Then your guests and customers can also pay directly at your station with charging cards from third-party providers (EnBW, Charge Point, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, NewMotion and many more). No matter what you decide, YOU always determine the price!
In this step, we will also set up access to our monitoring system for you. You can also grant access to multiple employees and also set different rights for them in the system.

charging card & mobile app
Regardless of whether you only operate the stations internally or whether you make everything public: you will always receive our HELLO.WORLD charging card(s) for your stations. If you wish, you can use these cards to:

Charge at selected stations
- Pay at 500,000 stations in our roaming network across Europe

Employees of your company can also charge the company car at home using the same card - if desired, with cost reimbursement from the employer in real time.

Each card can be assigned a separate tariff, depending on the user's requirements.
ALL selected services are billed with just one invoice at the end of the month. And if income exceeds expenses, there will be a credit that will automatically be posted to your account.
By the way: All of these services can also be carried out via our mobile phone app.

configuration and commissioning
The charging stations are pre-configured by E-Mobilitätszentrum 4u GmbH and integrated into the billing system before installation. We also set up the entire access management and attach the QR codes to the charging stations. As soon as the charging station is connected to the power grid and the Internet, it is fully operational and all paid charging processes are billed to us.
We would be happy to install the charging stations for you. However, it is entirely up to you whether you use this service through us or whether you prefer to use your own installation team.

...You always get a HELLO.WORLD charging card, which you can use to charge at your own charging stations and, if you wish, even at 500,000 charging points across Europe. And the practical mobile app is always with you, too.

Billing service costs .
The following costs are incurred for integration and ongoing operation:
Per charging point: € 9.33 net (plus VAT) per month*
For setting up the billing system, creating clients, integrating the charging station(s), programming the RFID cards, creating the QR codes and tariff settings, one-time from** € 699,- net (plus VAT) setup fees.
* Different fees apply for employee home charging with automatic reimbursement. For details, see price list .
